HOW DOES IT WORK?


If you are collecting your device, please note that all payments must have been made in advance. We do not encourage payment on premise.
Vice versa, if you are dropping off your device, check out the guidelines below. Please include the printed Service Request Form when you drop off your device.


Schedule your appointment at getsupport.apple.com or download Apple Support Application from App Store.



Scan the QR Code or go to www.itworld.com.my/dropoff to complete your Service Request Form. We recommend you to register using with your active email.


Please only drop-off your device to us on your scheduled Appointment Date & Time
through the Apple Appointment System. Simply drop-off your device at the designated area.
Rest assure, your device is in our good hands. We will keep you in touch.
