Terms and conditions:

1. Redemption validity period of this RM100 Cash Voucher will be starting from the date of issuance until 31st Dec 2023. Strictly no extension of the expiry date will be allowed.

2. This RM100 Cash Voucher only valid to use on accessories purchase in conjunction with the newly launched products. Min spends of RM100 is required on accessories spending.

3. This RM100 cash voucher only can be used at SNS Network HQ Showroom Ipoh, iTworld website, GLOO website, iTworld retail stores or GLOO retail counter within AEON Multimedia Department (except GLOO Low Yat)

4. This RM100 Cash Voucher only can be used to purchase non-promotional items.

5. RM100 cash voucher will be in voucher code format. This RM100 Cash Voucher will be provided to participants GLOO Rewards account within 21 working days.

6. Customer who opt for Buy Online Pick-up In-Store (BOPIS) option required to claim & utilise the RM100 Cash Voucher in-store while collecting final products/goods from storefront.

7. Customer who opt for Online Purchase (Using standard delivery or SDD) are required to claim & utilise the RM100 Cash Voucher when they made final purchase on the chosen product/goods.

8. This RM100 Cash Voucher only limit to 1x redemption for each individual of GLOO Rewards member.

9. This RM100 Cash Voucher is not transferrable, refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash & valid for a single transaction only.

10. All employees of SNS Network (M) Sdn Bhd are not eligible to participate in this voucher giveaway campaign.

11. SNS Network (M) Sdn Bhd & iTworld will be not responsible if the voucher is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.

12. SNS Network (M) Sdn Bhd & iTworld reserve the right to deny use of this RM100 Cash Voucher if fraud or similar activity is suspected.
