Terms & Conditions

  1. The voucher can only be purchased within the campaign period (1 October 2025 to 15 November 2025) and is applicable exclusively for the "Stay Powered Up" iPhone battery replacement campaign.
  2. Due to overwhelming response, appointment bookings for battery replacement are extended until 31 December 2025.
  3. SNS Network (M) Sdn Bhd (herein refer to “SNS”) will contact the customer to arrange an appointment for battery replacement within the promotion period.
  4. The voucher is not exchangeable for cash.
  5. The voucher is non-refundable if not redeemed within the promotion period or the extended appointment period.
  6. Customers are responsible for backing up and removing all personal data from their devices. SNS will not be held responsible for any data backup, loss, or leakage.
  7. A quotation will be provided if the repair cannot be completed due to damage or other functional issues. A diagnostic fee of RM100 will be charged if the customer cancels or chooses not to proceed with the repair.
  8. Devices with any unauthorized repairs or modifications may incur additional charges and may be rejected for service.
  9. All charges must be settled in full before collection of the device. SNS reserves the right to retain the device until full payment is received.
  10. Service parts or products are new or equivalent to new in terms of performance and reliability. When an Apple product or part is replaced, the replacement item becomes the customer’s property, and the replaced item becomes Apple’s property.
  11. All repairs are warranted under the remaining Apple warranty or 90 days from the date of repair, whichever provides longer coverage. Apple’s warranty does not cover software, including the operating system or applications. For details, please refer to Apple Warranty Terms.
  12. SNS reserves the right to reject or void vouchers suspected of being fraudulent, duplicated, or manipulated.
  13. SNS reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
