We'll Come to Pickup

We’ll contact you again to confirm the appointment prior to visiting your location.

Service at iTworld Apple Authorised Service Centre

We'll get your Apple product back working the way it should by our Apple Certified Technicians.

We'll Return your Device

Once completed, we'll contact you again to return your Apple product to your location.

I am responsible for the backing up and removal of data on my device iTworld will not be responsible for any data backup, loss or leakage.
I have removed all accessories, not limiting to casing and screen protector.
I have disabled "Find My Device". No repair will be done if "Find My Device" is not disabled. (Read Instructions to disable Find My Device).
A labour charge will be levied for each out-of-warranty device. This labour charge is non-refundable.
Device with any unauthorised repairs/modifications will incur additional fees and will be rejected.
I agreed and acknowledged that the information provided will be used for subsequent documents associated to the service request.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Pick-up and Delivery service shall be done during business day 9am to 3pm excluding weekends and public holidays.

2. Limited time offer of RM99 Pick-up and Delivery fees is only applicable within 15km from our PJ iTworld Apple Authorised Service Centre. We will need to charge additional if the distance exceeded the covered radius.

3. All repairs are warranted under the remaining term of the Warranty or 90 days from date of repair, whichever provide longer coverage. Our Apple-trained technicians use Apple-approved diagnostics and tools on every repair. And we only use genuine Apple parts. This means that all of our repairs are Apple-certified and backed by Apple.

4. Customer are advised to backup data and turn-off Find My iPhone/Mac before servicing. We will not liable for any data loss during servicing.
