Pre-order & Payment


  • How to Pre-order:

    1. Select your iPhone model.

    2. Make a full payment for online purchases or a RM300* deposit for in-store pickup.

    3. Choose your preferred fulfilment method — in-store pickup or home delivery.

    4. Your iPhone or iPad will be available for pickup or delivery starting Wednesday, 11 March 2026.


  • Is full payment required for Shipping options?

    Yes. Full payment is required for orders with the Shipping option.


  • If I have paid in full, can I choose Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPIS)?

    Yes. Simply select your preferred store location during checkout to collect your device.


  • How do I pay the remaining balance for Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) option?

    You can pay the remaining balance in store when you collect your device.


  • How do I check my order status?

    You may check your order status via the order tracking page.

  • Can I change my device model or colour option later?

    No. Changes to the device model or colour are not permitted after checkout.

    If necessary, you may cancel your existing order and place a new one. Device availability is subject to stock.

    - Yes. We offer a 0% Instalment Plan of up to 36 months for both online and in-store purchases with selected banks.

  • Can I choose to pickup order from my preferred outlet?

    Yes. You may select your preferred outlet during checkout. Available outlets are listed on each product detail page.


  • Can I change from pickup to delivery after placing my order?

    No. Changes to the fulfilment method are not permitted after order placement. Please ensure you select your preferred fulfilment method during checkout.


  • Can I change my device model or colour option after placing my order?

    No. Changes to the device model or colour are not permitted after checkout. Kindly ensure your selection is correct before completing your purchase.


  • When can I pickup my order?

    Orders will be available for pickup starting Wednesday, 11 March 2026.. Kindly pick-up your order within 48hours to prevent any order cancellation.
