Service Order

1. iTworld® is a registered trademark of SNS Network (M) Sdn Bhd(hereinafter refer as "SNS"). This document must be present on receiving and collection of goods.

2. The customer shall collect device within 30 days after being informed device ready for pick up.

3. Any machine sent to SNS shall be collected by the customer within 2 months from the date of this document or such other date as maybe notified by SNS failing which SNS reserves the right to repossess of the machine without further notice to the customer. SNS may, its complete discretion, sell, dispose off or handle the machine or item in any way machine sent in by customer for service and repair if such machines continue to be left in the premise even though SNS has notified the customer to collect.

4. The customer is advised to backup the data in the machines prior to repair. SNS or its authorised personnel will not be liable for any damages incurred to the machine and/or for loss of data during the course of service although extreme care will be taken to avoid such.

5. Quotation will be furnish if repair cannot be completed due to damage not covered under the terms of Apple One Year Hardware Warranty or an AppleCare Protection Plan. A nominal diagnostic fees of RM80 to RM100 will be charged should the customer cancel or do not wish to proceed with the repair.

6. All charges must be settled before collection of goods. SNS shall be liberty to retain the machine until full payment is received.

7. Service parts or products are new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability. When an Apple Product or part is replaced or a refund provided, any replacement item becomes customer's property and the replaced or refunded item becomes Apple's property.

8. All repairs are warranted under the remaining term of the Warranty or 90 days from date of repair, whichever provide longer coverage. Apple warranty covered hardware, software including OS and Applications are not covered. Please refer to https://apple.com/legal/warranty.

9. Customer may be asked to provide their personal information anytime they are in contact with Apple or an Apple affiliated company. Apple and its affiliates may share this personal information with each other and use it consistent with this Privacy Policy. Please refer Apple Privacy Policy for more details https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/en-ww/. Personal data is protected under Personal Data Protection Act 2010 Malaysia.

10. The following requested personal information (name, address, telephone number and email address) are necessary to proceed with the request for service. If a service is requested pursuant to a third-party service obligation, such information will be transferred to the third party for verification and quality purposes, including confirming the service transaction and submitting a customer survey. By signing below, you consent to this transfer and the use by the third party for this purpose.

11. By signing below, the customer certify the information provided on and in connection with this form is true and correct to the best of the customer knowledge.
